Certificate of Deposit Index (CODI Mortgage)

Our Certificate of Deposit Index (CODI) is a 12-month moving average of the three-month certificates of deposit index, as published by the Federal Reserve Board. World's CODI loan interest rate is calculated using this index. Historically, CODI does not move up or down as rapidly as market interest rates such as Bank Prime Rate, the Federal Funds Rate or Treasury bill rates because of the method World uses to calculate this index.
